Job summary

Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking an experienced Plumber to join the maintenance team at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital. The role delivers day‑to‑day plumbing and hydraulic services and maintains water, sewerage and gas systems across ISLHD.

The position may require on‑call 24-hour breakdown cover and overtime when required. Current NSW Plumbers and Drainers Licence and NSW Driver Licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
• Availability to work as part of the on‑call team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day plumbing and hydraulic services across ISLHD.
• Maintain regulatory servicing of water, sewerage systems and gas services.
• Collaborate with a small team of Trade staff and liaise with other staff to deliver cost-effective plumbing services.
• On-call availability for 24-hour breakdown cover and overtime when required.
