Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a catering assistant to support food service in accordance with local procedures. Duties include basic food preparation, operation of equipment, taking food temperatures, and reporting any temperature failures.

You will assist with cleaning and comply with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations to ensure safe service. Full details are in the attached job description.

Work as directed by catering supervisors in accordance with local procedures. Assist with basic food preparation and cooking. Use of equipment and machinery and cleaning materials as required. Use of industrial catering equipment Taking and recording of food temperatures as directed, report temperature failures.
