Job summary

Pressure Dynamics International is seeking an experienced technology delivery leader to own and drive a portfolio of software, data and technology initiatives in a complex international environment. You will coordinate, influence and deliver across multiple internal, external and offshore teams with a focus on governance, reporting and milestones.

The role evolves into a key delivery leadership position supporting transformation initiatives including automation, AI, data, platform modernisation

Responsibilities

• Manage software, technology and transformation projects across multiple internal, external and offshore delivery teams
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences and delivery disciplines across a complex project portfolio
• Create visibility of project status, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes for executive stakeholders
• Facilitate steering committees, project forums, delivery reviews and stakeholder workshops
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, business analysts, architects, engineers and vendors
• Coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams operating across multiple time zones
• Track project milestones and ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives and timelines
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and scope changes before they impact delivery outcomes
• Support project planning, prioritisation and delivery readiness activities across the technology function
• Translate technical delivery activity into clear and commercially focused updates for senior leadership
• Drive accountability across stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships and alignment
• Contribute to the development of scalable project delivery practices supporting long‑term organisational growth

Job description

Reporting to the Head of Technology and Data

Working in a complex international environment consisting of multiple businesses, technology platforms, delivery partners and stakeholder groups. You will take ownership of technology project delivery, creating structure, visibility and accountability across a portfolio of software, data and technology initiatives, ensuring projects are progressing as expected and leadership teams have confidence in delivery outcomes. Success will come from your ability to coordinate, influence and drive outcomes across a distributed ecosystem of stakeholders.

Initial Focus

Discover, assess and engage stakeholders. Work closely with local and international leaders to understand current projects, delivery methodologies, ownership structures, reporting practices and key business priorities. Consolidate fragmented project information, build trusted relationships and establish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, dependencies and timelines. Provide clarity and support during this phase.

Evolving Role

The position evolves into a key delivery leadership role supporting the organisation's broader transformation agenda. Oversee governance forums, steering committees, reporting frameworks and delivery cadences while helping shape initiatives across automation, AI, data, platform modernisation and global technology alignment. Influence how technology delivery operates across the organisation, supporting growth, acquisitions and international expansion.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Delivering software and technology projects within complex environments where success depends on coordinating multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and distributed delivery teams. Proven track record managing initiatives from planning through to execution, maintaining clear visibility over risks, timelines, dependencies and business outcomes. Experience in software development, digital transformation or enterprise technology projects highly regarded.

Critical requirement: experience managing delivery through offshore, outsourced or geographically dispersed technology teams. Comfortable driving outcomes without formal authority, hold vendors accountable, facilitate productive discussions and maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives.

Strong commercial mindset, exceptional communication, organisation and the ability to translate technical delivery into meaningful business updates. Experience in financial services, insurance or regulated industries advantageous.
