Job summary

Distinct Landscapes is seeking an experienced Horticulture Team Leader to manage the maintenance of high-end residential gardens across Sydney. A full-time role based in Sydney with a competitive salary and vehicle is offered.

You will lead a small team, oversee pruning, fertilising, plant health diagnostics, irrigation, and client advisory, while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on site. A manual licence and White Card are required.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Horticulture (or working towards)
• 2+ years leading a team
• Proven experience maintaining high-end gardens
• Great plant knowledge and leadership/communication skills
• Current driver’s license (manual preferred)
• WHS White Card (required)
