Job summary

Pointe Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscape Horticulturist to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role focuses on care and maintenance of clients' gardens and landscaping with high-quality horticultural services.

You'll develop maintenance plans, plant, prune, and care for diverse flora, and advise clients on horticulture. Experience in commercial settings, strong plant knowledge, and Australian work authorisation are required.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in landscape construction horticulture or a related field.
• Minimum Certificate III qualification in horticulture or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in garden and landscape maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong practical knowledge of plant species, growing requirements, and horticultural best practices.
• Proficiency in the use of gardening equipment and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
