Job summary

G.J. Gardner Homes Sydney Liverpool is hiring a Sales Associate to join our high-energy sales team. You will respond rapidly to new leads, nurture prospects, and book qualified appointments for our New Homes Consultants.

This role features a base plus commission and a clear path to a New Homes Consultant position. Based out of our Wetherill Park office, you will work Thursday to Monday with weekend shifts, engaging with prospective buyers and guiding them toward deposits and contracts while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to respond rapidly to enquiries and nurture leads.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Live within Sydney Metro or a reasonable commute to Wetherill Park / South West Sydney.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid lead response and nurture to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Set qualified appointments for New Homes Consultants and track progress.
• Support the sales pipeline from lead to deposit, tender and contract.
• Coordinate with marketing, referrals, and display home activities; weekend availability.
