Job summary

G.J. Gardner Homes is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to join our Sydney team. Based in Wetherill Park, you’ll be the engine room for rapid lead response, nurture and appointment setting, working Thursday to Monday 9:00am-5:00pm.

You’ll collaborate with the New Homes Consultant to guide clients to deposits and contracts, enjoy a clear career path to a full New Homes Consultant role within 12 months, and benefit from strong brand power and a supportive culture across a trusted local office.

Qualifications

• Drive & attitude for property sales in a fast-paced, highly responsive environment.
• Exceptional communication to connect with people and guide decisions.
• Geographic fit: live within Sydney Metro, reasonable commute to Wetherill Park display.
• Tech proficiency: comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Rapid lead response and nurture: respond to every incoming lead within 5 minutes with at least 6 touchpoints and update the CRM.
• Appointment setting: schedule appointments at the display home for the New Homes Consultant.
• Sales pipeline support: push qualified appointments toward deposits, tenders, and contracts.
• Support sales activities: manage prospecting, local referrals, house & land alignment, social media content, and display home presentation around lead follow-up.
• Weekend availability: work Thursdays to Mondays, 9am–5pm, with weekends mandatory.
