Our role as a Home Lending Specialist (internally known as a Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

Whether you’re guiding first home buyers to create a plan to purchase, or supporting a seasoned investor, you’ll play an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:

• Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
• Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we’re here to help them achieve their goals
• Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
• Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Gladstone.
