• Building a pipeline of lending leads, keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM.
• Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we’re here to help them achieve their goals.
• Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success.
• Building strong, relationship‑centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.

This is a permanent, full‑time position located in Redbank Plains.
