Your role as a Business Development Manager is to leverage your in-depth banking experience to grow market share by building strong, long-lasting relationships with the local community. Your expertise will be key in developing tailored banking solutions that meet the needs of customers.

Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals.

Strengthening your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing and leveraging existing Community Bank relationships, and expanding your network through active participation in local events.

Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and helping to future-proof their financial success.

Developing lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted banking expert who's always ready to support your customers' needs.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Lindfield. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

What you'll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you'll drive the lending growth by building strong relationships, acquiring new business and becoming the go-to lending expert in the area. We'd love you to have:

Extensive consumer lending experience - this is essential

Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities

High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations

An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation

Highly developed credit analysis skills

An understanding of small business offerings

A self-motivated, high performing approach, with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth
