Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Home Lending Retention Specialist to nurture and grow customer relationships, focusing on retention across Retail and Third-Party Banking channels. You’ll tailor lending solutions to improve customers' financial wellbeing and loyalty.

You’ll collaborate with Retail, Third Party and internal teams to identify opportunities, conduct holistic conversations, and help customers stay with Bendigo Bank over the long term.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in personal or home lending, including loan servicing and health checks.
• Solid understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
• Extensive customer service experience with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Understanding of LINX, 3270, C360 and Valex is highly desirable.
