Job summary

Bendigo Bank Foster is seeking a Home Lending Specialist to deliver an exceptional customer experience across end‑to‑end lending. You’ll guide customers from initial discussions to final outcomes, using strong credit analysis and relationship skills to support personal and small business lending in Foster, VIC.

The role is permanent, full‑time, based in Foster, and offers opportunities for growth, training, and community involvement within Bendigo Bank's Community Banking model.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, policies and regulations.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues to assess needs.
• Advanced credit analysis skills.
• Understanding of small business offerings.
• Experience with consumer lending is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of lending leads using our CRM.
• Guide customers through the lending process from start to finish.
• Apply credit analysis to achieve positive lending outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with the community, the branch, and the Branch Manager.
• Engage in continual learning through on‑the‑job training.
• Support community initiatives and local sponsorships.
