Job summary

Ark Lending Solutions in Cronulla is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage home loan applications from handover to approval, settlement and funding, coordinating with clients, lenders and stakeholders to keep the process moving.

You’ll also help look after existing clients, conducting home loan reviews and building relationships that ensure the broker remains their first point of contact for lending support. This is a hands-on role within a small, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in home lending or mortgage broking.
• Understanding of the loan application process and credit principles.
• Ability to own and move applications forward.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Client-first mindset with confidence in phone interactions.
• Strong communication with lenders and clients.
• Collaborative in a small team environment.
• Experience in a mortgage broker office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage home loan applications from initial handover through to approval, settlement and funding.
• Provide exceptional application support and keep clients informed throughout their lending journey.
• Proactively manage application progress and resolve delays.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and stakeholders to obtain required information and clarification.
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously while meeting service levels and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate client and application information in lending and CRM systems.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a highly responsive, personalised service.
• Engage with existing clients to conduct home loan reviews and identify lending opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Head Broker and team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
