Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a field-based technical professional to install medical devices in homes and hospitals, and to train patients in their proper use. You will provide feedback to prescribers on patient progress and help ensure safety and adherence to treatment.

The role involves working under regulations and coordinating with healthcare providers, contributing to high-quality patient care and incident tracing within the broader Air Liquide health portfolio in Australia.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or diploma with hands-on mechanical/electronics exposure.
• Experience applying basic electronics concepts in a practical setting.
• Ability to train patients on device usage and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Install medical devices in patients' homes and hospitals per prescription and regulations.
• Train patients on device operation and safety according to local rules.
• Provide feedback to prescribers on patient autonomy, follow-up and adherence.
• Trace incidents to materiovigilance and assist with incident reporting.

Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment. Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
