Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading provider of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, expanding across Victoria and beyond. We are looking for a field-based technician to install Medical Devices in patients' homes and hospitals, training patients and supporting prescribers.

You will assess patient needs, follow local regulations, and contribute to ongoing care by gathering feedback on autonomy, adherence, and overall satisfaction.

Competenze

• Technical degree and 2–4 years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of mechanics and electronics.

Mansioni

• Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and hospitals according to local regulations.
• Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to local regulations.
• Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient’s autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment.
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.
• Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Provide patients at home a suite of services (including Medical Device installation, training/coaching according to the patient's needs), to support them with their chronic diseases within the framework of the medical prescription as well as local regulations.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Install Medical Devices in patients' homes and in hospitals according to the local regulations, the medical prescription and the expectations of the prescriber

Train the patient in the use of his equipment according to the local regulations

Provide feedback to the prescriber on the patient's autonomy, follow-up, and compliance with their treatment

Ensure the satisfaction of patients and prescribers as part of the follow-up of their treatment.

Trace incidents relating to materiovigilance
