Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia seeks a dedicated administrative support professional to assist in our sleep services and medical gases business. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, support diagnostic evaluations, and guide CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service.

You will educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and help promote our range of products and services while maintaining clinic

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or any customer-facing role.
• A warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
