Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Home Health Recruiter for a full-time, direct-hire position in NSW, Australia. The role requires in-office work with responsibilities including building a caregiver pipeline (RNs, CNAs, HHAs), screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for multiple hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, caregiver recruiting expertise, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting caregivers.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruiting experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
