Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a motivated Pediatric Private Duty RN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing for pediatric patients in Brighton. You’ll work with a single patient per shift, with shift lengths that can fit your family needs.

We offer on-the-job training, 24/7 support from a stable team, and opportunities to expand your skills as you grow with the organization. Pay ranges from $37.00 to $41.00 per hour, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Pediatric Private Duty RN | $4,000 Sign On Bonus

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Pay:

• $37.00 - $41.00 an hour *Higher end of pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-Time - $4,000.00. Paidat90 daysof employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days
• Part-Time - $2,000.00. Paidat90 daysof employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Schedule:

• Full-Time/Part-Time Nights
• Case: G-tube, BiPAP, Total Cares pediatric male | M-F Nights

Role Overview:

We are seeking motived RN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapiesas prescribed bythe physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assistwith activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensureoptimalpatient care.
• Maintainaccurateand complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
