HenderCare is regularly seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis to support our Aged Care & Disability clients in the community with their homes across ACT. The ideal candidate will be required to attend multiple clients homes and excel in handling short shifts (1-3 hours per client).
As a casual Personal Care Worker, you will aim to maximise the service recipients' independence by addressing their individual needs, building positive home environments and relationships, making a meaningful impact on the lives we support. The main tasks and responsibilities are:
