Job summary

EVSE Australia is seeking a proactive Home Charging Administrator to be the first point of contact for residential customers. You will handle inbound calls and emails, guide customers through EV charging options, provide quotes, and ensure a smooth handover to the Projects team.

This role rewards strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance service with converting enquiries into confirmed jobs, while maintaining accurate records and meeting monthly KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web queries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored EVSE charging solutions.
• Guide customers through the quoting process and confirm quote acceptance.
• Accurately document details and handover confirmed jobs to Projects team for scheduling and installation.
• Achieve monthly KPI targets and maintain pipeline records.
• Represent EVSE with professionalism in every customer interaction.
