Job summary

Pearl Home Care Pty is looking for Support Workers to assist aged care clients across the Western suburbs of Sydney. Casual with a view to permanent part-time positions are available.

You will provide in-home care including domestic duties, social support, personal care and medication monitoring. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Community Support (desirable) with at least 6 months of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, First Aid and Police Check, and language skills in

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Community Support or equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum 6 months experience in either aged care or community (preferable).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (essential).
• Current First Aid Certificate and Police Check.
• Multilingual capabilities (Cantonese or Mandarin, Arabic).
• Immediate start.

Selection criteria

The successful candidates should possess, but not limited to, the following:

• Certificate III in Community Support or equivalent (desirable)
• Minimum 6 months experience in either aged care or community (preferable)
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)
• Current First Aid Certificate and Police Check
• Multilingual capabilities (Cantonese or Mandarin, Arabic)
• Immediate start
• Regular interaction and client rapport building
• Paid mileage
