• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) (Required) or equivalent.
• Current National Police Check (Required).
• Working With Children Check (Optional).
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (Required).
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and own car (Required).

Responsibilities

• Working within a person-centered environment that respects client rights and needs.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties.
• Assisting with daily errands, companionship and support.
• Providing support with social and recreational activities.
• Preparing food, feeding clients and assisting with medications.
• Observe, care and report changes in health and wellbeing.
• Responding to emergency situations.
• Weekend and overnight shifts as rostered.
