Silverchain Group is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older clients in their own homes in Chatswood 2057. You will handle general housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and client transport, while building strong relationships with clients and families.
Applicants should have at least 3 months in a similar role and hold an Open Class Australian Driver's Licence with an insured vehicle. CPR/First Aid training is provided.
