Pearl Home Care Pty in Sydney is seeking Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home aged and disability care across the eastern suburbs. Roles are casual with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates, focusing on comfort and independence for clients at home.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in community support or equivalent (desirable).
• Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or community work preferred.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Current first aid certificate.
• Immediate start.
• Regular interaction and client rapport building.
• Paid mileage.
• Training provided.

We currently have multiple positions available for Support Workers who are passionate about providing high quality care to our aged care clients across eastern suburbs of Sydney.

We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

• Social support: transporting to appointments, shopping or community outings

Selection criteria:

• Certificate III in community support or equivalent (desirable)
