Pearl Home Care Pty is seeking compassionate helpers for in-home aged and disability care in the Sydney area. Roles include domestic assistance, social support, personal care, medication prompting, companionship, and possible sleep-over shifts.

Selection criteria include a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Home and Community Care (or working towards it), a valid driver’s license with insurance, current First Aid, and a recent Police Check.

Formación

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or working towards it.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record, own vehicle and full insurance (essential).
• Current First Aid Certificate, or working towards it.
• Police Check conducted within the last 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Domestic assistance: assist with domestic cleaning, meal preparation, laundry etc.
• Social support: assist with transportation for appointments, shopping and outings.
• Personal care: assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding and assist with mobility and physical exercise.
• Medication prompting and supervision
• Companionship and dementia care
• Sleep over shifts and 24 hour care, as required
