BaptistCare is seeking expressions of interest from Physiotherapists to join our NSW home care team, delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions in the community. Opportunities exist across multiple locations with full-time and part-time options and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• Assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care
• Help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home
