Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our home care team in Western Sydney (Kellyville, Blacktown, Parramatta and surrounds). You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care to help maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience assessing physiotherapy needs and developing programs for aged care clients.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
