BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Canberra home care team, delivering evidence‑based assessments and interventions to support older Australians living at home. You will work within the Well‑Living® approach to promote independence, mobility, and confidence, with flexible, supportive team environments and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Strong understanding of reablement and restorative care.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; computer literacy.
• Current first aid certificate and unrestricted driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based physiotherapy assessments and interventions for aged care clients.
• Focus on reablement and restorative care to promote independence and mobility.
• Support clients to remain living at home with confidence and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Canberra and surrounds.
