Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Central West/Orange team. You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to older clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop programs for aged care clients in the community.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
• Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission.
• Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities
