Job summary

Metricon Homes is Australia’s largest home builder, seeking a proactive customer liaison in our Shepparton region to keep clients updated throughout the building process. You will work with Site Managers and enter information into the Clickhome Database to move jobs toward settlement with minimal friction.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-focused roles, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with conflict resolution.
• Able to read plans; knowledge of contracts is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage time-critical customer contact.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook; database experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer expectations with regular updates on home status during construction.
• Communicate between Metricon clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution.
• Maintain customer files with contracts, variations and other required documentation.
• Create workflow and complete tasks as they arise.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure occupancy permits are achieved.
• Coordinate gas line/meter installations and electricity disconnections.
• Ensure data in the Clickhome database is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes.
