Job summary

Hach Pacific Pty Ltd, part of Veralto, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to promote the company’s water quality portfolio across the Queensland region. You will manage water authorities, contractors and resellers and act as the technical single point of contact, with regular travel to customer sites.

This home-based role requires strong customer focus and cross-cultural collaboration within Asia-Pacific teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the water industry.
• Engineering/Science degree or trade qualification.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across cultures, countries, locations and teams.
• Existing customer relationships with regional councils.

Responsibilities

• Expand Hach Pacific’s business in the assigned territory through effective territory management and new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in customer visits, trade shows, training, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and implement a detailed annual sales plan identifying objectives and key customers.
• Maintain customer activity files, quotes, funnel, and sales opportunities in CRM.
