Job summary

The Home Based Services Administration Officer role with Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, SA Health, is based in Port Pirie and offers a pro rata salary of $66,442 to $69,504 per year plus super and salary packaging. The position is part-time (30 hours per week) on a temporary contract up to 1 February 2027.

You will deliver professional reception, manage confidential client records, assist with scheduling via CCME, and coordinate mail, meetings, and equipment in a busy public health

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining client records.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, adapt to change and work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality service and public sector values.
• Experience in healthcare administration, medical terminology, record management or database systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional reception and switchboard services.
• Manage data entry, word processing and confidential client records.
• Support client scheduling and rostering through the CCME System.
• Coordinate mail, meeting rooms, equipment and fleet bookings.
• Contribute to teamwork, quality improvement and efficient service delivery.
