Job summary

Uniting AgeWell seeks an Exercise Physiologist to deliver home-based services for clients aged 65+ in the Wider Geelong region. You will implement strengths-based, goal-directed interventions aimed at maximising independence.

You will work under supervision with the Practice Lead and a large Allied Health team, with generous professional development reimbursement and opportunities for future centre-based roles. This is a permanent, full-time position with family-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Recognised tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice for older adults aged 65+.
• Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High-level organisational skills and computer literacy.
• Commitment to the BEST philosophy and values-based culture.

Responsibilities
