The position requires tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, ESSA accreditation, and 5+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities. You will lead teams, develop care plans, and drive service delivery improvements within aged care
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualifications in Exercise Physiology are essential.
- Current ESSA Accreditation required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Exercise Physiology.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to exercise physiology and allied staff.
- Develop and evaluate care plans and group programs.
- Delegate activities to staff to support client independence.
- Identify service delivery improvements within area of expertise.
- Collect and trend care outcome measures.
- Deliver training presentations as required.
- Coordinate orientation and practicum for new Exercise Physiologists.
