Australian Care Agency is hiring Support Workers across Brisbane to help empower individuals to live independently with dignity. You will assist with daily living activities, support social engagement, and promote wellbeing in a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Cert 3 or 4 in disability or equivalent
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Right to work in Australia
• Smart phone with internet access
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and professional attitude
