Job summary

allagedcare is hiring Home Care Workers to deliver quality in-home and community support across Brisbane North, Moreton Bay and Bribie Island. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, meal prep and social activities, helping clients stay independent with dignity.

Casual and ongoing shifts are available, with the potential for regular hours for the right people. Relevant experience and a valid right to work in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing and Disability or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification is desirable.
• Valid Australian work rights and police check as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with domestic tasks and meal preparation.
• Support clients to access the community and maintain independence.
• Deliver respectful, person-centred care and ensure safety.
• Follow care plans and document changes in client status.

Essential requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) or equivalent
• Valid Australian working rights
• Relevant experience in home care, aged care or disability support
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Relevant police check and or NDIS Worker Screening Check where required
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred care
