Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking an experienced Hip & Knee Territory Manager to join our team in QLD. The role focuses on supporting total hip and total knee arthroplasty procedures, building surgeon relationships, and driving growth within a premium joint reconstruction portfolio.

You will own a key territory, provide expert clinical support in theatre environments, and collaborate with hospitals and theatre teams to expand market share while upholding patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous medical device sales experience in hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Strong understanding of total joint reconstruction procedures.
• Existing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Proven ability to grow territory revenue.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a hip and knee arthroplasty territory.
• Provide expert clinical support during THR and TKR procedures.
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and theatre teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Support product adoption through clinical knowledge and engagement.
• Collaborate with a national sales team.
