Job summary

U-Go Mobility is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the People & Safety team in Sydney. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end recruitment for the bus drivers and frontline transport workforce, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely vacancy fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the business.
• Manage high-volume recruitment of bus drivers and operational employees.
• Advertise vacancies across appropriate job boards, social media and recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and conduct telephone/video pre-screening.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment process.
• Liaise closely with Depot Managers, Operations Leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Coordinate medicals, police checks, licence verification and other role-specific pre-employment checks.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure new employees are ready to commence safely and effectively.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for ongoing driver and operational recruitment needs.
