Job summary

Public Transport Authority seeks a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will drive high-volume recruitment for our Development and RTO intake programs, managing the applicant journey from posting to onboarding and coordinating assessment centre logistics.

Your role will include recruitment administration, applicant pool management, and onboarding coordination, supporting pre-employment checks and offer documentation in a fast-paced public

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR admin in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Administration: schedule processes, coordinate centre logistics, maintain databases.
• Applicant Pool Management: main point of contact from application to training start.
• Onboarding Coordination: allocate training intake, conduct pre-employment checks, prepare offers.
