Summit Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a gun recruiter to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and fill roles quickly with quality candidates. Based at our Smithfield Head Office, you will source, screen and place candidates, build talent pipelines and partner with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to clients across Australia.

Experience in labour hire recruitment or high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
Ability to source, screen and secure quality candidates quickly.
Proficient with ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn essential).
Proactive, driven and ownership of recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the recruitment process by sourcing, attracting and securing quality candidates across blue-collar industries.
Build and maintain candidate networks and talent pools to support high-volume requirements.
Partner with Account Managers nationally to understand client needs and deliver the right people, fast.
Screen, interview and assess candidates for reliability and fit.
Use Bullhorn ATS/CRM to manage candidate pipelines and activities.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels.
Take ownership of results by balancing speed, quality, compliance and candidate experience.
