Moomoo ANZ is seeking a proactive Client Development Manager for our Sydney office to drive high-value client acquisition, asset growth and revenue contribution. You will cultivate new relationships, progress prospects through the sales funnel, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a superior client experience.

Role emphasizes outbound outreach, events participation, and travel across Australia. A strong sales mindset and RG146 are highly valued for success in brokerage and wealth

Qualifications

• Proven ability to proactively develop new business and build a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, wealth management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities, focusing on high-net-worth investors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound engagement, referrals, events and internal leads.
• Engage clients to understand investment needs and convert prospects to active clients.
• Own the end-to-end client acquisition process from outreach to closing.
• Follow up to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline and achieve KPIs.
• Develop growth opportunities within existing client base and deepen engagement.
• Represent moomoo at client events and industry activities; travel interstate when required.
• Collaborate with marketing, ops, product and trading teams; maintain accurate CRM records.
