Job summary

Building Environs Recrutiment is seeking a Structures Foreman for high-rise apartment projects in South-East Queensland. The permanent, site-based role offers leadership of the structural works from start to completion.

You will join an experienced team on multi-level builds 8–15 levels high, driving delivery with a hands-on approach. This role requires genuine foreman-level experience on tall structures and permanent onsite work in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Genuine Structures Foreman or Senior Foreman experience on high-rise or multi-level projects.
• Experience on buildings over 10 levels.
• Ability to coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete, and scaffolding.
• Permanent onsite work in South-East Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural works and oversee the full lifecycle of the build in Queensland.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and the wider site team to keep progress safe and efficient.
• Drive sequencing, logistics, and quality across structural packages.
• Identify issues early and communicate practical solutions.
