Job summary

NW People Group Pty Ltd in Minto NSW is seeking High Reach Forklift Drivers to support the distribution of automotive parts across Australia. You will operate High Reach forklifts and perform order picking, packing, and loading tasks in a modern distribution centre.

This role requires a current LF forklift licence, proven High Reach forklift experience, and a strong commitment to safety. Monday to Friday shifts with overtime opportunities, onsite parking, and easy transport access are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires LF forklift licence (LO essential or willing to obtain at your own cost).
• Proven experience operating High Reach forklifts.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution centre.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable work ethic and good communication.
• Physical fitness for manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Order picking and staging stock for dispatch.
• Load and unload local and interstate transport.
• RF scanning, picking, packing, and inventory handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.

High Reach Forklift Drivers | Minto NSW

Day Shift: $42.86 per hour | Afternoon Shift: $50.58 per hour

About the Role

As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient distribution of automotive parts to dealerships and customers across Australia.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence (LO essential or willing to obtain at your own cost)
• Proven experience operating High Reach forklifts
• Previous warehouse or distribution Centre experience
• RF scanning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Reliable work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks when required

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Order picking and staging stock for dispatch
• Loading and unloading local and interstate transport vehicles
• RF scanning, picking, packing, and inventory handling
• General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
