National Workforce in Sydney's NSW region is seeking High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team in Minto. You will operate High Reach forklifts, pick orders, and prepare stock for dispatch across Australia, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence; LO essential or willing to obtain at own cost.
• Proven High Reach forklift experience.
• Warehouse or distribution centre experience.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable work ethic and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Order picking and staging stock for dispatch.
• Load and unload local and interstate transport vehicles.
• RF scanning, picking, packing and inventory handling.
• General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised environment.

About the Role

As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient distribution of automotive parts to dealerships and customers across Australia.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence (LO essential or willing to obtain at your own cost)
• Proven experience operating High Reach forklifts
• Previous warehouse or distribution Centre experience
• RF scanning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Reliable work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks when required

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Order picking and staging stock for dispatch
• Loading and unloading local and interstate transport vehicles
• RF scanning, picking, packing, and inventory handling
