Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for a valued client in Lidcombe. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established warehouse and distribution operation that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

We have openings for both morning or afternoon shift roster, with long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience operating High Reach Forklifts.
• Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transport and punctual attendance.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, up to 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
• Perform putaways and replenishment of stock into racking systems.
• Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety procedures.
• Conduct RF scanning to track inventory movements.
• Complete general warehouse duties as required.
• Assist with voice-picking tasks when necessary.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE), including ride-on pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow site safety policies and operational procedures at all times.

About You
