Aeris Resources Limited's Cracow Gold Operations in Queensland is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Fitter to join our underground mining fleet team. You will perform repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance on loaders, haul trucks, graders, drills and support equipment to ensure peak fleet performance.
This role requires a Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent), hands-on hydraulics, air-conditioning accreditation, a C‑class licence, and a strong safety and quality

We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join our team at Cracow Gold Operation as a Heavy Vehicle Fitter.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in carrying out repairs, services, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of heavy mobile equipment, including loaders, haul trucks, graders, drills, charge up Rigs and ancillary machinery across the minesite, ensuring optimum performance and reliability.
You’ll combine hands‑on mechanical & hydraulic diagnostic expertise, scheduled preventative maintenance and a commitment to consistent, high-standard workmanship in both underground and workshop environments to ensure our fleet continues to perform at its best.
Cracow Gold Operations is an established underground gold mine located near the towns of Cracow and Theodore in central Queensland, and a short flight from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
It is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and holds a significant tenement package over the Cracow goldfields.
