Job summary

Aeris Resources Limited is seeking an Auto Electrician for Cracow Gold Operations, located in Cracow, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role reports to the maintenance supervisor and focuses on scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and breakdown support for underground mining equipment.

Applicants should have an Auto Electrical trade qualification, air conditioning accreditation, and a current manual license, plus at least 2 years of underground mining experience and strong

• Auto Electrical trade qualification required.
• Manual driving license is essential.
• Air conditioning accreditation highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years' underground mining experience on heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality scheduled service and preventative maintenance to the fleet.
• Provide high level breakdown support to the operation.

The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the maintenance supervisor you will carry out quality scheduled service and preventative maintenance to the fleet as well as perform a high level of breakdown support to our operation

What You Bring

• Auto Electrical trade qualification
• Current open manual drivers' license
• Air conditioning accreditation and experience essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in underground mining industry working on heavy machinery or a similar field
• Well-developed fault finding skills
• High standard of work quality
• Be self-motivated and have a team orientated approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
