The Modern Apprenticeship Programme lets you work full time and earn while you learn, with block release training and regular assessments at GTG’s centre and in the workplace, aiming to achieve SCQF Level 7 in Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

Qualifications

• You must have or expect to gain National 4 or above in English, Maths, and either a Science or Technical Subject.

Responsibilities

• Based in the garage workshop learning vehicle repair and maintenance, including servicing, MOT prep, and component overhaul.
• Learn to diagnose vehicle faults, work safely, and contribute to good housekeeping in the workshop.
