Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in Revesby, NSW is hiring permanent Electrical Assembly Worker/Heat Pump Assembly Worker. You will assemble heat pumps following BOMs and drawings to a high standard, while prioritising safety and quality.

The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to rotate through tasks to grow skills and earnings potential. Ideal candidates have any continuous flow manufacturing/assembly experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous flow manufacturing/assembly.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• HVAC experience a plus.
• Brazing and/or electrical assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heat pumps following BOMs and drawings to a high standard within build times.
• Participate in job rotation and develop skills while maintaining safety.

The role

We currently have multiple permanent Electrical AssemblyWorker/Heat Pump Assembly Worker positions available at our Revesbyfactory. In this position you will assemble heat pumps followingthe BOMs and drawings provided to a high standard within buildtimes. We have a strong focus on developing our team with an eyefor safety. Accordingly, you will participate in job rotation andcan progress your skills and competence all whilst increasing yourearning potential.

About you

To be successful in this role you willhave;

• Any continuous flow manufacturing/assembly experience
• A willingness to learn and develop
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Extra points if you have:

• HVAC experience
• Brazing and/or electrical assembly experience
