Job summary

Bupa ANZ is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Sydney or Melbourne. You will translate contractual, clinical, operational and technology requirements into clear business processes and practical solutions to support the business.

Reporting to the Senior Program and Change Manager, you will work with operations, workforce, technology and clinical services to identify requirements, improve processes and enable successful implementation of business

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in regulated or healthcare contexts.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with governance, risk, and testing activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of traditional and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Desirable: Business Analysis certification.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future state business processes and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subcontractors to validate requirements.
• Analyse business data and system requirements to support decisions.
• Maintain requirements docs, risk/issue registers, and governance artifacts.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria for UAT.
• Support change impact assessments and develop business documentation.
